      Cancellation Policy:

          1.   Call us by phone as soon as possible when you know that you want to cancel an order.
2.       If your shipment is not sending out and you talk to us. You may cancel you order and stop shipping
      processing.
3.   You must send us an email to state you name, order number and reason for cancellation. Keep your sent
      email as a proof that you tried to cancel the order at a certain date and time.
4.   We must send you back a cancellation confirmation. Until you receive this email, your order has not yet 
      been cancelled.
5.   We will credit your money back less then 4% credit card transaction fee.

Return Policy:

      Return Policy: We stand behind our products. Your satisfaction is our No 1 priority. If you must return the item, please contact us and ship it back to us within seven days after receipt of your item. The item must be returned in the original condition that it has shipped out from us. Insurance must be purchased in case of shipping damages. All returns must be authorized by us with an issued reference number BEFORE sending to us. We accept only undamaged and unused items in original packaging. NO EXCEPTION!!!! Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping expense and risk. We HIGHLY suggest you to buy shipping insurance in case of shipping damage or lost. Once we receive the returned item in undamaged condition, we will issue refund to you promptly (minus shipping charges, handing fee and 30% restocking fee). 

      1.       Do not ship products back to us without a return goods authorization and instructions.
2.       To report shipping damage, call us and email us, Make sure you write Subject to Inspection the 
      delivery receipt. Do not sign your name or the delivery receipt unless you are 100% certain there is no
      damage.
3.       Inspect your package thoroughly right away. Do not assume the items are undamaged because of the
      box is undamaged. You should mark any damage on the delivery receipt.
4.       If you are shipped a different product than you ordered. Please call us and email us right away to avoid restoring fee.

      Shipping Policy:

            Your item will be shipped out within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment unless other notice. Shipment tracking number will be emailed to you when it becomes available. We ship UPS Ground to 48 states. Please email us your address (city and zip code) for rates to anywhere else. Sorry, no shipping to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or Military Addresses.

           Please inspect all packages upon arrival. In case of shipping damage, please notify the delivery driver before signing and email us with pictures of damaged item within 3 days. We will contact the carrier and start necessary steps towards replacement.

           We don't cover the Customs duty and brokerage fee for all shipments to Canada.
